Within a short space of time MercAid Cars Limited had developed a growing reputation, and the customer base led us to open premises in Hainault, Essex.

After a name change in 2008 to MotorAid Ltd, we were able to offer servicing and repairs across all German brands rather than remaining a single-marque specialist. MotorAid now have two dedicated car sites specialising in Mercedes-Benz / smart, BMW / MINI, Audi / Volkswagen (Škoda / SEAT) and Porsche.

The Basildon site encompasses a two-acre commercial vehicle repair operation for all makes of LCV & HGV. There is a stand-alone 4×4 garage and an MOT centre. The main area of coverage is South / Mid Essex and East London.

The body repair centre opened in January 2015 for both car and light commercial vehicles.
