MotorAid also offers courtesy cars, collection and delivery, and we can drop you off at a local station. Our customer waiting areas include complimentary tea and coffee and high-speed Wi‑Fi.

Service history and warranty protected
European block exemption changed in 2003: as a professional independent specialist we can carry out German car servicing without invalidating the standard manufacturer warranty, provided work meets the required standard and documentation. Your service book is stamped or the digital service record is completed online. MotorAid holds contracts with major lease companies for German vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Took my car here a few months back as the paint work was beginning to rust on one side, which was due to a poor job that had been done here a few years prior. However, I brought it back as it was still under warranty and the staff were more than happy to help & they got my car booked back in asap. I was supplied with a courtesy car in the meantime, which was very clean & lovely to drive. Upon receiving my car back in just under a weeks time, the job they did was fantastic and to a very high standard. It was obvious to me that they looked after my vehicle whilst it was in their care. Thank you to all the wonderful, friendly & helpful staff who made this process seem like no trouble at all, I really appreciate it :)
