We look after all models of vehicles within BMW MINI & our servicing & maintenance offers you main dealer quality at affordable prices.
We also service John Cooper Works and other specifications—including variants beyond these examples.
Our servicing will not affect your standard 3 years warranty! We also update the service history digitally via iDrive and online through the BMW AOS portal.
All vehicles have a complimentary Health Check to advise on any potential wear or defects on tyres, steering, suspension & exhaust components whilst checking & amending lights, levels & pressures where necessary. Any defects are reported & advised for repair if required.
Diagnostics & investigation* can also be undertaken during service—let your service advisor know at time of booking what the issue with the vehicle is, e.g. knocking noise from underneath or a warning light on the dash.
We offer day drop off, while-u-wait, courtesy cars & locally within Essex collection & delivery*—ask for more details.

Took my car here a few months back as the paint work was beginning to rust on one side, which was due to a poor job that had been done here a few years prior. However, I brought it back as it was still under warranty and the staff were more than happy to help & they got my car booked back in asap. I was supplied with a courtesy car in the meantime, which was very clean & lovely to drive. Upon receiving my car back in just under a weeks time, the job they did was fantastic and to a very high standard. It was obvious to me that they looked after my vehicle whilst it was in their care. Thank you to all the wonderful, friendly & helpful staff who made this process seem like no trouble at all, I really appreciate it :)
